"TRANSLATOR PRESENT" CHANGE IN THE PORTAL

It has been brought to our attention that a translator is allowed to translate only 1 topic or all of them...meaning the whole 10 or 30 hour doesn't have to be doubled...only the topics that actually had a translator.  When you mark translator present on a 10hour, the Portal will no longer force you to enter 20 hours.
