90 DAY TRAINER GRACE PERIOD ENDS

This is just a reminder that effective January 1, 2019, the 90-day grace period will be eliminated and the requisite update course must be completed BEFORE the expiration date indicated on your trainer card.  If authorization lapses, not only must you retake the Trainer Course in order to once again be authorized to conduct the 10- and 30-hour outreach classes, but will be subject to meeting all prerequisites of becoming a trainer, up to and including successfully completing the applicable Standards course. Please ensure you schedule your OSHA update class before your trainer card expires.  You can check the upcoming course schedule at www.uta.edu/ded/osha.
