YOU MUST GET APPROVAL BEFORE CONDUCTING A VIDEO CONFERENCING CLASS!

The rule is still in place!  You must get approval to conduct a video conferencing class by answering all questions, a-p, of the Requirements.  The 60 day advance has been changed to at least 7 days in advance.  Please email outreach@uta.edu for video conferencing class exception approvals.
