NEW PORTAL RELEASE SEPTEMBER 4TH!

The Outreach Portal official upgrade release is scheduled for September 4th. Overall, most pages have been updated and streamlined, making the system processing and page loading faster. A wider page allows for more content to be visible in reports.  The mobile usage is far more advanced.  Besides a new look and feel, the upgrade release has a few new features:

• * New Messages – All automated emails sent via the Outreach Portal can be found on this page.  In every message, there is a link to each report.  
• * Notification of Upcoming Classes – The date of the notification will now be in the notes of the report and the trainer receives an email that their notification was received.
• * Profile image – The trainer may now add their photo to the profile area and will be visible to the administrators.
• * Report payment receipt – The Portal report has a new payment receipt button to print a receipt instead of the full Portal PDF report.
